UPS really hated my box and destroyed it BUT LOOK ---- she is completely unharmed because she was packaged so well. Protected with hard paper and cotton like thingy. She was soooo big and beautiful when I opened her. I am happy I bought her and found a company who knows how to care for plants during shipment. I will be a customer for a long time. Thanks!
